I cut cake cakes into 16 pieces and I can’t even eat them all. It is one of those sweets, so you only need a small meal to satisfy your taste buds.
I am very excited about this recipe. I am naughty and recently I had cake regular cake in my children’s school. One of the failures of pregnancy was the lack of willpower in baked goods. I don’t even know where another mother got the original recipe, but this is a low-carb version I made myself. Now I can enjoy this innocent mixture.

I have to admit that I cooked a bunch of cakes in a box the other day. When we were all preparing for the church, my daughters were making sweets and taking them to a friend’s house for dinner. I checked, and ran upstairs to find the change, and soon forgot about it. By the time the drawer smelled of chocolate, it was no longer strange or colloidal. The kids didn’t care, but I was a little disappointed. I am a food blogger and sometimes I don’t make stuffed brownie bun.
I really should ban myself from eating this cookie dough with a spoon. If you want to eat some, keep making a group or two until you can eat some biscuit cakes and dough! It does not contain eggs, so it is suitable for snacks.
After cooling the cake, just click on the biscuit dough on top. If you don’t mix cake cakes and cakes at the same time as I work like me, then that might be a recipe.
This is a great way to involve children. My love helps in the kitchen. Younger children will move the ingredients, while older children will measure the ingredients. They all wipe the mixture. The trick is to use enough spoons so that everyone can lick alone. This was one of the joys of childhood. Or an adult. I still enjoy stealing some flavored dough from my bag and sneaking some chocolate chips.

Brownie

  • 3/4 cup of butter 1.5 sticks
  • 4 oz dark 85% or unsweetened chocolate
  • 3/4 cup Trim Healthy Mama Gentle Sweet or my sweetener
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup sugar-free chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup Trim Healthy Mama Baking Blend OR 2 tbsp each coconut flour, almond flour, & golden flax meal
  • 3 eggs

Cookie Dough

  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 4 tbsp butter softened
  • 1 tsp coconut flour
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar-free chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup Trim Healthy Mama Gentle Sweet or my sweetener
  • 1 tsp molasses
  • 1 oz cream cheese softened

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350. Spray an 8 x 8 baking dish liberally with cooking spray.
  • Melt the chocolate and butter in a glass bowl in the microwave. Add the next four ingredients and stir until smooth. Add the chocolate chips.
  • Pour into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly. Bake for 30-35 min until no longer jiggly. Cool completely.
  • To make the cookie dough stir together all the ingredients (except the chocolate chips) until smooth. Stir in the chocolate chips. Spead on top of the cooled brownies.
